Record Closing!!!
For those of you that may not know, I have a large background in retail commercial leasing, negotiating leases for large national tenants as well as local businesses. I also have a background in lending for shopping centers and other commercial real estate investments, apartment lending and single family lending. This tenure and experience has placed me in positions to work on very challenging real estate projects that do not come along regularly.
I just sold an assisted living complex in Ventura County valued at $22.5 million consisting of a 150 unit facility built on 9 acres. This is the second largest project I have worked on in my real estate career. This sale is the largest sale brought in by an agent at both the Hilltop and LaCarre franchises in the last 30 years.
